Terms and Conditions – General bookings

1.      All applications must be accompanied by payment in full for the appropriate course before attending.

2.      Any cancellations made within 7 days of the course starting are non-refundable, as well as any bookings that are cancelled by school.

3.      Any cancellations made before 7 days of the course starting will carry a £10 administration fee, or can be exchanged for an alternative course/day. Credit notes will be offered in the first instance.

4. Should any of our courses be forced to close due to Government guidance or inclement weather, such as local restrictions or lockdown, credit notes will only be issued. We would be unable to process refunds, as a small business we need to ensure our staff futures at short notice.

5.      For the avoidance of doubt, no refunds are given for non-attendance of the course.

6. Payment must be made and completed before 5 days after attendance of the course. Any overdue payments can occur fees, unless agreement by admin.

7.      In the event that any participant requires medical attention during our course, then you agree to us arranging for any appropriate and necessary treatment.

8.      We do not accept responsibility for any death, personal injury or loss of, or damage to property other than to the extent that it results from our negligence.

9.      The cost of any damage caused by you or any participant you have booked, to property, facilities or equipment, will be passed on to you.

10.      These terms and conditions and your booking shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance to English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

WRAP AROUND CARE

·      The After School Club closes at a set time made clear on our website and on flyers/letters. If due to unforeseen circumstances I am going to be late I will contact the supervisor immediately on the telephone number provided at the venue.

·      For clubs that finish at 5.30pm - For collections between 5.35 - 5.45pm, If my child is not collected by a nominated adult I will pay a charge of £5 for each additional fifteen minutes to cover the cost of the two staff who are legally required to supervise my child.

·      For clubs that finish at 5.00pm - For collections between 5.05-5.15pm, If my child is not collected by a nominated adult I will pay a charge of £5 for each additional fifteen minutes to cover the cost of the two staff who are legally required to supervise my child.

·      If my child has not been collected by a nominated adult by 30 minutes after the end time, and the Club has been unable to reach me or any of my emergency contacts, I understand that Social Care will be required to be contacted.
